The layout itself doesn't seem too bad, just I really don't see what it is in a frame for, when the other side to the content is just black?
I am not particularly a fan of line-through css style, but if you like it, I'd put up with it.
My one major criticism, is the graphics, none of them seem to be antialised which leads to them not looking as good as they could. I also see that the top with the title and then "home" "411" etc below is one image, which I do not particularly see the point in as the text appears to be a default font anyway?
I am sorry to seem so down on your site, but on the upside it works in mozilla and it also seems to be full of content which I am sure any fan will enjoy :)

huh? i didnt quite understand that... whats line-through css? what duz antialised mean?
well i wanted a black background next to it instead of the default white, but i had already made a buncha pages and didn't wanna modify them all.

- Change to cursor to the traditional type.
- The hover link style doesn't look nice.
- Make the whole page bigger.
- The font style for the nav links are awkward.
- Scrollbar hardly visible.
