The first one seems ameaturish and the 2nd well I just dont know - to me its a little boring . Practically all pages have is "er"
which is really tyro-like.

Uh.. what? I don't get it.. seriously. What do you mean by all the pages only have "er?" (did that make sense?) And, what exactly is "tryo-like?"
[EDIT] Forgot to say: you do know that there is content on the pages of the foolishwisdom site right?

Ok,
Strike Twice:
- nice colors, although I think you can add some more(like some bright ones);
- You can also add some more graphics to it, so it won't look as plain
Wisdom:
- I love your menu(cool effect...can you tell me how you did it?);
- The top image looks a bit...plain...what is it? moon and clouds?
- The biggest problem is I can't see any of your text(except "copyright") until I highlighted them...and somehow when I move my mouse over the copyright part, these purple rectangles/lines appear...it's weird..:confused2

DJsexie: The layout for Strike Twice are boring, I know, that's why I plan on scrapping it and making a new one from scratch. As for Wisdom of a Fool, and Strike Twice too, I created it mainly for IE4+. I'm not sure how Netscape uses colors but I'm working on a crossbrowser version so the stuff will show up right but unfortunately I don't have Netscape on my computer so I'll just wing it for now. The menu was created with help from http://www.dhtml.com, check out column 2, low-bandwith image maps/rollovers. For the box scrolling type effect, just use an animated version for your rollover image.
Dang that was long, later.

actually I used IE5.1 to browse your site...not Netscape;)

I see, I was supposed to ask if you were using Netscape first, anyway, I'm not sure why you can barely see the text because it is white on an almost black background. And those lines should not be there but I'm guessing they're from the after picture of my menu. To sum all this up.. I don't know why you're seeing the stuff you see. I'll get working on it though..somehow.

your background is black? What I saw is a white background, that's why I couldn't see your text:confused2

Well, just to try, I used the hex code for the background color.

Ok i know what's wrong:
you set your background with an image instead of a color, so if you change
<BODY background="bg.jpg" topmargin=0 leftmargin=0 onLoad="window.defaultStatus='Wisdom.of.a.Fool .:. version 1.0';return true">
into
<BODY bgcolor="#0A0023" leftMargin=0
onload="window.defaultStatus='Wisdom.of.a.Fool .:. version 1.0';return true"
topMargin=0>
it would give you the same result and I would be able to see the back ground now:)

Heh, I beat you to it. I changed the background to the color so if you can see it, tell me.
