Can you recommend a cheap reseller plan ?

Dear all,
I'm from Vietnam and I really want to offer cheap hosting for Vietnam people. Can you recommend a cheap reseller plan with following details:

Disk Space 10GB
Data Transfer 50GB
Domains Unlimited
Admin control pannel, Client control pannel

No experience with them. However EARHost.com (http://earhost.com) has some cheap reseller plans.

Not bashing anyone, just wondering since i read a post on WHT that Earhost went out of business? :confused:

I read a few articles on WHT about EARHost and it was just a temporary mishap with the staff. They have now resolved all issues, and plan to re-launch on August 12th.
