4gigs or netfirms?

hello,
i am undecided between 4gigs and netfirms for my host. what types of files does 4gigs support? does it support multimedia files like mpg, avi, etc? and do they support hotlinking? tell me which one you would choose

I know Netfirms supports hotlinking, but I don't have a clue as to what file types they allow. As for me, I would go for Netfirms: more reliability, more stability, more likely to stay alive. :)
