You are not allowed to have "Olympic" in your name. The Olypmic Organizing Committe lawyers will hunt you down. :D In Toronto, the Olympic Flame Restuarant had to change its name, and Olympic Packaging changed to Ompic Packaging. I don't know about websites but guess that they are higher priority than little restaurants.

BTW: Molson breweries successfully sued the owner of Canadian.biz because Molson's has the trademark on "Canadian" (one of thier labels).

You shouldn't be able to trademark a nationality. Seems a bit silly there...
