I seethis rule:
6. Your signature can have a maximum of 4 lines and must be in normal font size.
But I have seen people use smaller than normal font size. is this acceptable?

Why would using a smaller font size be bad? It would even help in most cases.

If we allow a smaller than normal font size in signatures? Sure.
It's ok stu, you can keep your font size as you've had that sig for such a long time.

Also stu's dosen't seem any bigger than two lines of 'normal' text... so it's not too loud either. :)
