Having problem to upload/download file using cute ftp

Recently I'm having problem to upload my latest file intoall my hosting account. After connecting successfully, when I click the file to upload/download, the following mesaage will pop up after a while

Cute ftp can't connect to the server. Press help for the description of the problem and the solution.

Anyone know how can I solve this problem?

I would say that is a problem with either your ISP or your host...but just in case re-install cute ftp if that doesn't work contact your ISP and then your host
