Problem With the image background

I have a problem with this image's background. I am trying to make it the logo for my site and I made it in photoshop but am having problems with it. When I upload the image to flash mx There is a white background behind it and I can't change it. Is there something that I have to do with the image's background like make it transparent? If so how do I do that?

grr No one knows how to fix this image background? Oh the version of photoshop is 7.0 if that was what was needed.

Well the simple solution would be to make the image's background colour the same as the one you plan the one in your flash movie to be from within photoshop

the background changes in the movie and is a pattern...

I could be wrong, but I don't think flash supports transparency within exported images =/

Sorry I've been gone for awhile... I tried to get the image but it didn't' load....did you take it off? No Worries if you did just wondering...sorry :o
