Free International Domains

Are there any international domains that can be registered for free (like .*.ru, .*.kg). Thanks in advance.

Ahh...well I think you car get a .com.ar somehow. Go look around in the forum for instructions cause I don't know how.

com.ar maybe, if you are a company. for .net.ar you have to be an ISP. I posted this already.

TSI through the Registrant's Internet Service Provider ("ISP").
Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice.
The non-refundable fee covers a period of two (2) years for each new
registration, and one (1) year for each renewal, and includes any
permitted modification(s) to the domain name's record during the
covered period.
