I need the following:

-FTP
-Cgi
-600MB-1GB Bandwidth
-50MB Disk Space

Now I really don't want ads, but last time i asked for the above with no ads, i actually heard crickets chirping. IT's IMPOSSIBLE to find a FREE host like that, right? So I realize that ads aren't suggested, but suggest to me some hosts that have ads, even though I hate them...and if they have them...they shouldn't have popups, popups are the worse known internet factor. Ever.

Heh, Web1000 is notorious for randomly removing accounts, and they only offer some pre-installed CGI scripts, not a CGI-BIN.

Don't you still have the "T3 and 2 T1's" with 1 TB disk space or did you have to give them back too?? :p

Could a cobalt server support 1 TB?

It depends on the server. I only had one server for a short time. I was borrowing it for some scripts, and those 200 accounts are still being hosted by my friend, because he owns the server in the first place. Well, I found webhosting at clawz.com, they're awesome, but you have to be approved.
