i registered a domain though my host, unfortunately, it was a scam. although i got the domain, how am i going to renew it for next year?

Just pick it up somewhere else the day you find it expires.

what if i need to change nameserver?
if i want to transfer (but i haven't get any chance to get my domain cpanel), what infomation i need to gather? or just simply re-purchase it after it gets expried?

Acer, are you listed as the registrant of the domain and the admin? Do you know who the registrar of your domain is (not your host, the actual domain registrar)?

i just checked the whois
it's http://www.bulkregister.com.
but i was not listed as registrant and admin
so there's no way to prove that i am the actual registrant.
that's why i don't how i am going to renew it next year

Your only real option is to attempt to contact the owner (listed on the domain) and see if they will update the information to your name (worth a shot). Otherwise, letting it expire and reregistering it.
