looks ok, but a lighter bg may look better and the nav on the left and the shoutbox on the right instead may look better

The tagboard sticks out, it's hard to look at anything else with the big orange thing right there ;)

Also, the buttons and news images don't really fit in with the background as they seem to have different background colours :)

You need to consider changing the tag board color to something either dark blue or grayish.

- Awkward spacing. Smaller spacing between nav links and news but larger between shoutbox and news.
- Very strange combination of colours
- Nav images don't fit and they come too close to each other

Hmmm...

- Add in a few lighter contrasts. That orange is way to extreme. A variety of lower-tone colours would look very impressive.
- Move those box things in the middle a bit to the right.
