A free template that looks like.....

This site's main page http://www.shinakuma.com/ I really like how that design is and i tried many i mean many templates site and i cant find good table layouts that are worth using. Plz dont tell me to search i already did and i have looked at every freaking template site(well almost all of them) So im asking you guys if u know any site that has or specializes in very good table layouts like that site.

I seen them there good but what im really looking for is very good table templates like that site that i showed. I would like a design kind of like that.

there are plenty of template like that you can just steal his and edit it alittle.

well maybe you not looking right. the layout is just simple. the only different is they design. so if you wnat something that look like his then ask him if you can have it. but if you want something like it just take the layout and put in your own pics.
