CDex Web site (it's DOWN right now) (http://www.cdex.n3.net/) , but I found its project page at Sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/cdexos/)

I think Winamp (http://www.winamp.com/) can convert them using its default Disk Writer output.

CDEX search for it on Download.com it is really good and free

Just use Winamp, their DiskWriter output is easy to use enough.

Just remember to shut off the EQ and all DSP effects before you convert though!
