Maybe get more RAM(can't go wrong with RAM), a better vid card. If you still got more money, a good sound card would work and get winXP pro(home sucks).

Btw, where do you find such god damn offers? I NEED A NEW COMPUTER!

Onboard sound isn't bad but I wouldn't get a SB live either go with a guillmont hercules or something those are great multimedia sound cards for movies and audio etc...Creative labs is not all that great.

I don't know if you would need more ram and XP home doesn't suck...there is no point in getting pro unless you need the features it comes with like IIS. If all you want to do is play games and browse Home is better
