27meg.com - not sure what they have, dont really explain on their site but they have CGI and it looks like they dont have ads

4gigs.com - they have both cgi and php but only 15 signups a day so good luck. they have only a text-link requirement as well.

You'll host him without knowing how much data transfer he needs?? What if he needs 10-20 GB?? You should get all the facts before you jump into the pool.

Sure it is, we'll fix the problem you just created and don't think because he only needs a few MB his site may be dead or low traffic. I had a guy ask for 5 MB of disk space and needed 30 GB/month.
