I need a host that doesn't have a file size limit. I need to upload some video files, and they are quite big in size.

http://www.nbci.com - 100mb space, 11mb size limit, ok speed.
http://www.crosswinds.net - No upload limit. Bad FTP
http://www.spaceports.com - Unlimited Space, for all intents and purposes 20mb size limit.

If Nbci offers 100 mb, and nothing more, then why is my site there up to 116 mb? Nbci is unlimited, just like they say they are.
