Anyone in australia received their payment yet? I have sent the invoices for the payments, but I haven't received it since August. Anyone have same experience?

Just last week I received payment for all months up to and including November, but this took about a dozen emails and 7 or 8 stern phone calls to happen...I was passed from person to person, all of whom seemed to know nothing about what was going on (or who were coached to react that way). I was also fed lies, personally insulted by their Director of Sales (lord knows what their salesperson was doing speaking to me in the first place), and had one of my accounts 'lost' for months.
I went to far as to speak directly to Engage Australia's General Manager (David Catterall) before I saw any progress whatsoever.
Hopefully this is just a sign of their tumultuous start, and is not indicative of things to come. Mind you, the December payments are already overdue, and I have yet to receive publisher statements for January, so they're still behind schedule.

Thanks for your reply. I had spoken to them but they seem not so care about the situation. How can they lost your account? Should I contact David Catterall instead of David Dockrill for this matter?

David Dockrill completely ignored most of my emails, though he seems to be the main point of contact. If you phone Engage, you will probably be more successful at finding resolution.
The two contacts who I was happy to deal with were David Catterall, Brett Webber (Director of Business Development) and Jon Perrett (Business Development Manager). All others just beat around the bush and delivered false claims along the lines of "We'll be sending the cheques today or tomorrow, and I'll ring you when they go out." These types of pacifying statements were followed by non-action, forcing me to call again, just to receive similar claims.
