How can i stop this?

I was just wondering, is there any way to stop the message boards subscribing you to every board you post on? It's getting increasingly annoying.

Yes several ways :)

In options "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" uncheck...

When you get email, there is an unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Go to control panel and there is a list of threads you are subscribed to, choose unsubscribe there.

And when you reply to a thread before you hit submit, there is a checkbox that says "Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible." - uncheck this.
