hi i want a script that will just search a database and come up with the results and alos show an image.
i am think of doing a psds search engine of wrestlers and i want to show the preview of the psd.
it can be in php or perl.
i tryed looking for scripts like this but nothing yet i wanted to try asp events search but i can not find a download of it as that what i wanted but i would not know how to do a DB for it.

Well, I think a PHP/MySQL setup would be okay. But I don't think any server side imaging software can process PSD's (well, possibly). So, you would have to generate the "previews" yourself. I think Photoshop has a scripting engine, to make that fairly easy to do.

As for searching, it's very easy with MySQL. And fast. Compare searching this forum to a UBB.

and any toughts of a search engine script that can do it
and my i forgot to add that psds have voids that are just previews of the psds
i tryed hotscripts and nothing
