Hi! I just started my own website and wanted to offer free webhosting on my site. However, I can't seem to find a website that offers webmasters the option of offer free email or webhosting for free. Can anyone give me some sites that offer this services free? Thanks in advance!

With l33t.ca you can setup sub-domains for your users... so...
lets say you had jake.l33t.ca, you could give your users.
steve.jake.l33t.ca
Etc etc...
But if you had your own domain name, you could give them higher level sub-domains... so...... www.jake.com is your site, you could give them steve.jake.com, and it would all be transparent, the DNS wouldn't need to know that it was a l33t.ca account...
And we give as many e-mail addresses as you need....

Although I run www.muttle.com which fits the webhosting request, you should also take a look at www.communityarchitect.com and www.portland.co.uk (I think) before making your decision.
As for free email, you might have some problems finding a suitable host simply for the fact that email providers are worse off than free web space providers. Nobody wants to leave their email to buy a product.

Thanks!
I am considering between the l33t.ca and muttle.com Actually i already have an account with muttle.com previously =). The email part is true and my domain uses oemmail.com's service. However, the service sucks. No jpg files can be sent. Thats why i am looking for another service. By the way, does l33t.ca offer web-based/ pop3 email service or just email forwarding? Thanks!

It's not web-based.
You can use outlook express or whatever you want, and yes, we have a true POP3 server, not just forwarding..
