Yeah, I found several FWP´s that allow adult hosting and don´t overload your site with too much banners...

How I´d extract money from it? With advertising of course but WITHOUT PopUps (they´re too annoying for the visitors and don´t bring so much bucks at all) but well placed banners and text links, I even know of partner programs that allow their members to insert blind links into their pages, so no problems with that.

An example:
It´s realistic to get with such a site something like 10.000 visits per day, if you get a click.thru.rate (CTR) ranging from 1.5%-2% a day that would make about 200 clicks on just one banner and/or text link.
That´s about $40 a day (with a value of $0.20 per click on a banner) and like $20 for all blind and/or text links you place on your site.
That would be $1800 dollars a month ;) :o
Okay, as you won´t get so much visitors from the first day I´d say we´d start with about $50-$100 a month and when the site get´s more popular ......... I leave it to your imagination.
Oh, and btw, I´m still talking about an adult site, that calculation is realistic with adult and/or warez related sites (though don´t wanna start illegal stuff, too risky)

Still not convinced? I would wonder and believe me, I´m into structural/content development (specializing on the Inet) for years now, so I know what I´m doing.
