Opinions on Terrashare

I'm strongly considering moving my site over to Terrashare, and was just wondering what you guys think of them.

Are they fast? Reliable?

Never tried them myself, but I've heard people say they did get paid. They claim to give $1.25 CPM, WOW! That's the best deal I've seen in a long time!
