Looking for a FAST unlimited Space host to hold members flash banners

I`m looking for a FREE host that offers unlimited space that can hold flash banners for my members, also must be FTP and reliable too.

The only FAST unlimited space FWP that I know of is Nbci, where my site's currently hosted.

But don`t these do many updates and take their system down for a few days?

Personally, I haven't noticed much downtime with nbci. Even so your not going to find a better place...

Isn't that leeching? Isn't that against the Free Server's TOS? Doesn't that make it illegal? :confused:

It's not really illegal, just a violation of their TOS. The worst they can do is terminate your account.

Well, illegal means breaking a law. And the webhost's TOS is sorta like a law. So it is illegal. ;)
