Suggestions needed.....

I am currently with Below $10 Host, but I am unhappy with them. (and to think I used to praise them). They have gotten extremely slow. I've even gotten complaints from my visitors. I would like another cheap host (I'm running low on cash), that's fast and reliable. Here's the kicker...they need to accept money orders. I dislike credit cards, so I don't have one. Any suggestions for me?

JRC-Hosting (http://www.jrc-hosting.com) seems good to me. Although they're not AS cheap as below 10 host (20$ for 150megs), they are fast and accept money orders :)

I have two sites with them (below10). One was on a Alabanza server and the other VDI. The site on Alabanza slowed way down and I had them move it to VDI and now it's doing great. I'd suggest taking a look at that option if you are one of their Alabanza accounts because their customer service is hard to beat for the price.
