Programmer

I need a programmer to volunteer his/her services to an open source software community. It would be one program, that would consist of a couple of text boxes where users would enter information. Then the program would take that info and edit files (such as httpd.conf) using those variables. I would greatly appreciate it and it would be used for the better support of www.foxserv.net (the software associated with it)
