is there any way to say how much space each ftp account gets by telnet?
i use liquidweb.com and they dont have that space unit on their control panel

You could just install the one-user version of Gossamer-Threads' fileman in your root. You could password protcect the script. That way you'd get a full filemanager and you could see the ammount of disk space used. There's probablly a simple way you could do it, but I don't have it :p.

That'll show your current usage as well as account restrictions for the user you're logged in as.
quota -v
I think that's what your asking...

i have set up ftp accounst for some of my friends to have space, i want to limit how much space they have
