I don't need any languages but I wouldn't object to anything with php or cgi/perl, but mostly I need a host with a decent amount of space ( 20mb + ), decent speed, doesn't need to be real fast or anything, but mostly no ads ( pop-ups, placeable banners/buttons, text links okay ) and domain hosting are a must, also 2-5 mb file size uploads not a must but would help,
I know this is a huge order to fill but if anybody can help me with something even close I'd be very grateful :)
Thanks in advance :D

Hi,
http://www.hosti.net can give you 25MB,500 MB transfer in exchange for text link in your main navigation. It is the basic unix package. Let me know what is your domain.
Thanks,
Aji

( pop-ups, placeable banners/buttons, text links okay ) I'm a bit confused by this. You say you want mostly no ads, but popups, banners, buttons, and text links are okay? What other kinds of ads are there that you don't want?

pop-ups & text links = non-design-intrusive, and I said PLACEABLE buttons and banners, the whole point is that I don't want my site design to be moved around or screwed up by banner codes from free hosts or I'd go with netfirms or something.
