Absolute Cheapest w/o Credit Card?

Does anyone know of the absolute cheapest registrar who accepts payments via paypal or anything other than a credit card? I've seen some, but they are like $20 a year, when GoDaddy is only $9, surely theres someone out there who is as cheap as godaddy but takes payments other than by credit card?

Keep looking, you'll find some.

The problem of course is that manually processing payments like checks and money orders takes time from a human - so most serious registrars will not do it for cheap.

Many of the hobbiest resellers will probably be happy to help you for sub-$10, and I'm sure there are other options as well.

www.inic.org is $12.50 and they accept checks and money orders. I've never used them though, so I can't vouch for their service.
