Free dedicated ip, very good host

gcsnet.net has FAST support. everytime I email their support a question, I always have an answer in less than an hour.

I signed up for 2 different accounts, for 2 different domains. One with and IP and one without. I have only had the non ip account acctivated.. I wonder whats going on?

Gcsnet is good! I wouldn't mind a user-placeable banner, if they would implement it. Well, i got a reply within 24 hours of signing up. And i'm happy with it.

Oh, yeah, now they've got "basic" accounts too, and it's automated, and its features are limited too. You only get 50MB.
