DarkTemplar194, sorry I didn't reply. If you want me to walk you through it, you are going to have to contact me via ICQ/MSN (check your e-mail).

But actually, all you need to do is grab a Russian to English translator. First, register as a person, also register the maintainer when you register as a person also. Then register as an organization and again, register a maintainer when you register as an organization. There'll be a section when you register both person and organization where it asks you to specify your maintainer and since you don't have one, register one (but register twice because you're registering both person and organization).
