Hello,

I'm selling 2 laptops I own.
( a little debt to pay ... :cry2: )

Here they are:

Dell Latitude CPx 650 and IBM ThinkPad 770

I tried to sell them on auctions sites but no sucess.

eBay = users *always* backed out of sale...
Yahoo! = cant even list the item, Server Cannot Be Found :rolleyes:
cNet Auctions = "Invalid Credit Card" , weird I bought a domain and hosting with it a few days ago... :rolleyes:

So I'm listing them here hoping someone will be interested.

Dell CPx 650 (http://www.newsave.net/ebay/CPx650/CPx650.htm)

IBM ThinkPad 770 (http://www.newsave.net/ebay/ThinkPad770_files/770.htm)

Prices are as follow:
Dell = 800$us
IBM = 400$us

Shipping will be from Montreal, Canada

PM me or Reply if you are interested.

Thanks

If my math is correct,

300 / 500$ = ~1.6$ / 1Mhz

233 * 1.6$ = 388$ wich is less then my 400, true.
But does your p2 300 have 160MB ram + dvd + everything else? I don't think so. But it may.

350-400$ seems to me like a reasonable price for this Thinkpad.

does your laptop still come with a warrenty? that is transferable? no one gonna buy a laptop without a warrenty. If i ever buy a laptop, I am willing to pay extra $$ for those special 3 year warrenty instead of the usual 1 year or 90 days. Because i often F up new techonology that i am not formula with.

The waranty on the IBM is over.
I know the dell still has some waranty upto like april 2003 I think.
Not sure. Because I didnt tranfer it from the previous owner. No need to since I troubleshoot all my problems by myself.

A few years ago when I had my dell desktop with some advanced waranty my dad took on it, I called once because I had trouble re-installing my modem, and they couldnt even help me with such a basic thing as how to set up your modem....

Since then I've learned to not use those waranties, lol
And I'm quite happy about it,
I learned WAY more things by myself during those 4 years then if I called dell once a week.
