Remotely Hosted Banner Exchange Network?

I remember seeing one a long time ago but I forgot to bookmark it.

I'm talking about one of those deals where you set banner sizes and a bunch of people can ad their banner in the banner exchange but you control it (with the people who host it get 10% of the impressions).

I'm sort of going on 2 days without sleep so I hope you can follow me.

Any help would be apprepciated.

I know what you are talking about, i have seen the ad for them somewhere and visited there horendous site. I just cant remember where it is. If you want i will set up a banner exchange for you using BannerPlus? That way you dont have to give away the 10%
