I have 2 domain names registered with namecheap with no problem, but last week I placed an order for another paying via paypal as before, and have gotten no answer.
Yesterday I wrote to the support@namecheap.com email on the website to see if it just hadn't gotten through, but my email was returned as undeliverable.
Has anyone else heard anything? Should I be worrying about my other domain names?

He's usually very concerned about the reputation of his company. Try it again before panicking, it may just be a hiccup in the service. I have over 40 domains with namecheap.com and I wouldn't have purchased so many if he didn't reassure me that a human was back there somewhere

RBLMissi,
Hello, if you signed up with our newsletter you would see our hosting provider had an outage with updating there POP Email Accounts. Which was unexpected and our email was down for almost 6 hours. As was rushed back up and email came back through, we are very sorry for this inconvience and hope that we can resolve your issue by emailing me personally richh@namecheap.net. Thanks and hope that we have not caused you any major inconviences. Thanks and have a great day!

Thank you, Mattbullis, for your reassurance, and NameCheap for your answer.
I guess I'm not signed up with the newsletter, so I didn't know what was wrong. I thought maybe you were on vacation and delayed in getting the paypal notice. But then when I wrote to ask if you were still there, the email was returned (it would be just like my luck to have mailed when the email was down).
If you knew the rest of my luck, you'd know why my writing to ask if you were still there was a reasonable question for me
I was not inconvienced, only a little nervous, until Mattbullis told me to chill, and so I have been.

Thanks again for your attention in this matter.
Missi
