We have opened up a new forum called "Referral Mania". This forum allows you to post your referral links, and there is a very strict system that you must follow. Anybody is allowed to post their referral link. Let's refer to that person as "Person A". Person A posts his referral link, and then Person B mentions that he is interested in joining under Person A. Person B then has four hours to reply again with his referral link (this is just to give him time to setup an account and everything). Person C then signs up under Person B, and the process continues. To sum up each rule (you can read the full set of rules here (http://www.webmaster-talk.com/announcement.php?s=&forumid=51)):

1. The subject must include the name of the referral program.
2. Only one thread per program.
3. You must sign-up under the last person in each thread.
4. You are only permitted to start 1 thread per day.
5. Bumping is not permitted.
6. If a thread has not had a response in 5 days, it will be closed/deleted, and a new thread can be started about the program.
7. Please be sure there is not already an active post about the program you plan to promote.
8. You may only join under 1 program at a time.
9. No referral links in signature.
10. Please report problems to the admin/moderator.
11. This forum is only for referral links.
12. No affiliate programs, porn, gambling, warez, banking, racist, etc.

I am a bit confused about this aspect

Someone has started a directfraud thread and I checked out the site, hit the affiliate link to get much the same as is posted in the thread.

http://www.directfraud.com/workfromhomenow.html

So if that is okay as an affiliate link, I could go there and join up and use my fineclicks referral link?

I can see a lot of people losing their affiliate accounts by having that particular forum there :cry2:

{Disclaimer: Don't worry Chet, I won't do it :p }

Hehe...I'm not sure myself what that means, but you'll just have to ask Dave (DMo224) or Chief that question. :)

Will they really lose their accounts for this? :confused2

There are a lot of affiliate programs that will disable your accounts if you post them in forums (or anywhere that is against their terms of service)

I also notice that you/they removed the fineclicks referral from the top of this particular forum since I last visited :bandit2: Great idea.....ad networkks are not silly, they know where links come from :devious2:
