About a Friends Website

Thought I would share this with you. A friend came to me and asked what I could do to fix her website she paid to have built...

She had to pay big bucks when she had it built plus monthly she is paying monthly fees... I could not belieave what I saw and the load time of her site... Are many people geting taken like this?

She paid to have that done? I'd think if I were going to pay for something, I'd like something a little more organized than just straight down the middle.

I've seen more horrific stuff... At least it's not red text with a yellow background :confused2. Yet, I wouldn't actually pay for that, especially considering the horrible load time.

First off, I'd ask for my money back. Then present a logical argument as to why (IE- The page just plain sucks, in simple terms)

Then, I'd find a graphic/web designer with SAMPLES and employ them.
