nope, you have to spend $250 to get that. It's just that I have $35 and my hosting costs $30 a year. And where is that cheep $6.95?

Nobody has a $5 domain. Registrars have to pay $6 for every domain. They keep whatever they make over $6 less expenses (hosting, staff, advertising etc...)
