I need to find good ad agencies. i know they all suck. Why what are the least suckiest ones among these ones.
L90
Bla Bla
Advertising.com
Allclicks 15$CPM pop up
should i sign up with L90 / ADvertising.com , both non ecxlusive contracts so that i can use both banners together, frmo both agencies. trying to get minimum 50 cents CPM , then supplement them with Allclicks 15$ cpm pop up
and maybe use a skyscraper by L90.
that way i can maximize my income for my 4 million page views/month site
and maybe i will be able to get around 5000$~ if im lucky
any advice anyone?

Advertising.com remain reasonably good. L90, on the other hand, have been loudly criticised by many of their affiliates of late for underselling their inventory to the point at which effective CPM rates have been known to drop into negative figures (since publishers are forced to pay a fixed CPM rate for the 'privilege' of using their AdMonitor ad serving system).
If you are able to negotiate a contract that alleviates the substantial setup fee and CPM ad serving charges, L90/Zonfire may be worthwhile for you. If not, you'd be better off looking elsewhere (Burst, FastClick, Bluefish, Sonar, CJ, ValueClick, WebsiteSponsors) until the market recovers.
AllClicks Exit are great.
You could also try complementing these banners/exits with searchboxes from AdSearches, SearchTraffic or SearchFuel.
If you play it well, your $5000 goal is not out of the question for a 4 million impression site.
Good luck :)

Czar,by the way the Setup FEE. is a one time fee only. of 1000$, i managed to cut it down to 500$,
So 500$ aint so bad...
also skyscrapers will pay triple or more than standard banners, and L90 zonfire will serve them
so this is good

Let me guess, you're Ben91 from Geek/Talk right?
Still, I would be dubious about forking over $500 to any ad agency. And keep in mind that you still need to pay the ad serving fees on all of your impressions - including the $0.00CPM defaults, so you could very well regret the deal shortly after starting.
BTW, a recent report released by Media Metrix suggests that skyscrapers sell for approximately double the rates of horizontal banners, not triple+. This means that they could pay as little as $0.20-$1.50 for run-of-network buys during the downturn, so don't pin your hopes on them.

Who's ben?
Anyhow, i also managed to cut down the impression fee as well of30 cents. I cut it down to 0. So its only 1 time setup fee thats all..
Much better than Engage media which apparently pays around 30 cents cpm which is horrid. Also Engage media will file for chapter 11 (bankruptcy) very soon. So i recommend you start looking for another agency

Ben91 is a Geek/Talk member who spoke about combining L90, Bla-Bla and Advertising.com banners with AllClick exit popups on his 4 million pageviews/month gaming site.
He also managed to talk L90/Zonfire down to charging only a $500 setup fee for representation, and claimed that Engage would be filing for Chapter 11 soon.
Maybe this will job your memory:

Czar heh
coincidences do happen ;)
What do you think about this deal L90 offered me
A)500$setup fee
30 cents Cpm rate fee that i have to pay them for each 1000 impression at the end of the month. 50/50 split revenue
this could bring me in the -minus dollars hehe!
Or
B)500$ setup fee
0 cpm fee for ad monitor delivery but 65/35 split revenue
i think option b sounds nicer
:)

While ad rates are where they are, the second option is the more attractive by far.

L90 or Bla-Bla? With friends like those, who needs enemies?
Option b is much better, though it is ludicrous when you think other companies are giving you anywhere from 50-65% instead of keeping 65%.
