I like a hosting with:
(1) FTP support
(2) CGI Support
(3) Subdomain
(4) Fast
(5) Accept zip file
Thank you for your attention!!!

PS: Size is not a important. I think 30 MB is enough.
Popup will only open once in a certain period (24hrs)

I hate to say it but....

Give it up....I searched FOREVER to try to find a decent host with no ads, and never did find one that was reliable. I am with Geocities for two of my sites and overall, I have been quite pleased. But they have ads... Sorry!

http://gcsnet.net is for you, 'cause you said that you can accept pop-ups that loads once in 24hr... theirs only loads once per 72hrs..
