domain.kg plz help

is it right that the com.kg, net.kg and org.kg is 100% FREE?
i dont want to register untill i know... is it free to register a personal id??? plz help me out i'm just sp confused right now.

yes every domain is free except the *.kg domains...so *.com.kg *.net.kg *.org.kg are all free!
and the personal id is free also!
