I am not holding out much hope here but figure I would try because I know I am not able to afford that much.

I would like to pay less than $12 a year.

In exchange, I would like to have the following features:
storage - 50 megs +
bandwidth - 2 gig + per month
CGI
Prefer ftp but I can live without
Prefer cpanel but again I can live without
I can live with a subdomain

Well, just going to give it a shot.

And I know about discount-hosting.com but it doesn't support CGI.

Thanks in advance if you have any to offer or recommendations!

WOW, 'www.valcato.net' seem really good. Are they realiable though. I hope so, cause then i would recommend this site as well.:D

Just so you know 1.59 * 12 = $19.08

Generally yearly plans offer a discount on the 12-month fee paid monthly. Just a suggestion...
