The best ads are the ones that go with your site to make both the advertiser and the publisher happy. :)

It would be great if more people felt that way. :)

Those of us who regularly traverse boards such as these and read trade news bare constant witness to the bickering between publishers and ad agencies. If agencies saw publishers as equally as valuable as advertisers, and if publishers made more of an effort to produce results for their advertisers, I think we'd all be more productive and prosperous.

I know, it's an idealistic concept, and one flawed both by publishers who spend their time attempting to artificially inflate their stats and by advertisers who want to receive the best returns for the least price, and who care not about where their ads are placed.

Still, it's nice to dream...
