Best Domain

You've probably seen this post 1 million times but I need to ask it. What is the best domain registrar out of companies like GoDaddy, NameCheap, and someone even recommended DomainResell.biz. A few reasons why you think so might help. I'm looking for the cheaper companies out there. Thanks.

You need to qualify what you are looking for more than "best" to get anything other than a random list of opinions.

Are you looking for the most stable? The least expensive? The largest? The most additional features? The biggest free web space with your domain? The most nameservers? The prettiest control panel? Fastest support? 7x24 call center?

What do you mean when you say "best" ?

Mainly concerned about price, looking for one of several companies that offer $8-10/year domains. But, I would also rather one that most people think will stay in business for a long time, not some company that will close down on me after I register.
