adjustment to rule?

Maybe the rule stating that no discussions of banned members or former members be waived? Because if it's purely for some fun and not to start some arguments, wouldn't it be better?

No it shouldn't be waived. They are banned for a reason, but the idea of starting a thread (or poll as you did) with the main motive to have fun at their expense, is not fair to them. They do still read these forums, so just let them go...to get on with their life.

You wouldn't like a thread making fun of you started, would you?
