Ratings script anyone?

Hello...

I've been looking for a script that allows users to rate (out of 10) products/services with different catagories and allows additional comments such as:

http://www.cgi.resourceindex.com (doesn't have catagories..)
http://www.resellerratings.com

or maybe even:
http://www.amazon.com
http://www.epinions.com

Anyone out there know of one? Free is preferred but I'd be willing to shell out some cash for a quality script.

One I have found it this one, it's called Raning System (http://www.cgi-factory.com/rankingsystem/index.shtml) Not quite what I'm after though. And you can edit it up a bit so others can't sign up.
