Free ad contracts? templates?

Forgive me if this is a bit off topic but I'm just wondering if anybody has or knows where to find advertising contracts that I can use for to sign up advertisers on my own site. Is there a site that offers legally binding templates?

For those selling their own ads and rotating them, what contracts do you use?

i doubt you'll be able to find something like that online.

while you can find documents to draw up between 2 peers for, say, monthly payments on a car or something, i highly doubt that there are sites offering 'ad rep' contract templates!

Any document signed between two parties that clearly states the purpose of the contract, should be legally binding. However if you want a professional document, go to a company like Dime Clicks and tell them you're interested in buying some ad space. They will send you an agreement and you can get an idea of what needs to be in it from that.
