subdomains on tera-byte?

I'm thinking of signing up for one of the tera-byte virtual hosting plans... does anyone know if these support subdomains?

If not, is there a good host that does with the following features:

- 100meg
- 10gig bandwidth/mo
- ssi/php/cgi
- under $10 a month

I believe they set wildcards, though I'm not sure. best to ask them.
