Are there any good programs such as Amazon.com that sell Software & Hardware? I'd rather have a program that has cheaper prices rather than one that pays more...

Two of the biggest alternatives to Amazon.com in this field are Beyond.com:
http://www.beyond.com/affiliates/

and EBWorld.com:

Good luck!

which one would you suggest?
also, which one generally has lower prices?

I haven't actually used either or these, so it's hard for me to give a subjective viewpoint.

From a branding perspective, Electronics Boutique is better respected by the gaming crowd, and their range of high-end hardware is greater than Beyond. Beyond.com, on the other hand, is probably better suited to commercial clients.

As for pricing, I think that both of these merchants are about equal. Your best bet is to check each of them in relation to the specific products that interest you.

I'd probaly lean towards Electronics Boutique simply because of the brand, it would give smaller gaming websites a 'proffesional' feel more than any other affiliate.

Just my thoughts,

problem is, word's going round that linkshare merchants don't send (or have seriously delayed sending) payments...
