I'm looking for a program that can make transparent pictures :

The programs I have can make a transparent color ,if you click on the color in the pic.
The problem is that if I have a pic ,let's say a man with a blue background, and the man has a blue belt. And I click on the background to make it transparent,it will make this color transparent in the whole pic, which means, the man's belt will go transparent as well, and I don't want that.
I need a program that can make pieces in the pic to be transparent, like the background, and that will not effect the image in the pic,if it has the same color.

Thanx in advance.

That isn't possible. To overcome this problem, you need to change the color of the background to something like pink... a colour that is not used elsewhere in the image. ;)

Thank you both.
The tip seems good, but I don't think I can do it with my programs.
What about photoshop-is there a free version to download?
Do you know of any other free program which is able to do it?

Background colors that aren't in the image and layers and the only way I know of how to achieve what you want. You can start with a tranparent backgrount and build the image from there, but I don't know exactly what you're doing. Anything is possible though...
