If a host guarantees 99% uptime how many hours would the 1% be?

well i use pcisd.net and they have been around for a while. My site dissapears for 2 hours at a time sometimes. It also goes down for short periods of time.
Does anyone know of a service that is similar to what pcisd.net used to offer for 19.99? with reseller options are preffered.

It's a straight mathematical formula to get the missing percentage:
99% uptime =
Per day:
60m/day * 24hr/day = 1440 minutes/day
1440m * .99 = 1425.60 or about 23 hrs, 46 minutes/day. So, about 14-15 minutes of downtime/day.
Per month:
1440 minutes/day * 30day/mo = 43200 (720 hours)
43200 * .99 = 42768 or about 712 hours, 48 minutes. So, just over 7 hours of downtime/month.
99.9% uptime =
Per day:
60m/day * 24hr/day = 1440 minutes/day
1440m * .999 = 1438.56 or about 23 hrs, 58 minutes/day. So, about 1-3 minutes of downtime/day.
Per month:
1440 minutes/day * 30day/mo = 43200 (720 hours)
43200 * .999 = 43156.8 or about 719 hours, 16 minutes. So, about 44-45 minutes of downtime/month.
